Department of Public Policy and Administration
Master’s in Public Administration – Community Development Specialization for Puerto Rico

About the Program

Rutgers University–Camden’s Department of Public Policy and Administration, in collaboration with the Rutgers–Camden Community Leadership Center and the Center for Puerto Rico, is pleased to offer an MPA program with a specialization in Community Development. The program reflects the university’s efforts to expand its reach globally, and is designed to contribute to local community and economic development efforts in under-served communities.  Courses are taught in Puerto Rico and admission is limited to students who reside in Puerto Rico. Our preference is for students who are active in local community development efforts. All classes are offered using a hybrid format that combines in person and online teaching.
