Nicholas Prouty is the founder and CEO of Putnam Bridge, a firm specializing in the acquisition and management of distressed landmark properties across the U.S. and internationally. With a career spanning multiple leadership roles in real estate investment, Mr. Prouty has served as General Partner at Hudson Cross Financial and advisor to various specialty real estate firms. He is also the founder of the Habitat Support Foundation, a nonprofit providing loan guarantees to Habitat for Humanity.
